Tubarao- Brazil

SIGET congress was held at Unisul, Tubarao, Brazil during August 15- 18 2007. Tubarao is a nice and peaceful city and especially the locals are friendly.

I didn't like this bridge, but I had to cross it everyday to the conference site. They had a bus picking up people from the hotel early in the morning, but I always missed it as I got up late. So, I had to walk to uni, and the only way to get there was to cross this hanging bridge. I was happy though as I could explore how local people lived along the way. I normally stopped on the way to have breakfast (or lunch whatever :) at my favorite restaurant, and continued walking to uni. The only problem was the bridge and I dont understand why whenever I started to cross, there must be someone walking on the otherside at the same time. This made the bridge shaking even harder, especially when I was reaching the middle..uh!! I hate the feeling..

A photo taken at the conference. I received invaluable feedback for my study as well.
